These are the first APLs I have owned. They’re light weight. I’ve used them for general walking/errands and weight lifting. They do not have enough support for overpronators with running or HIIT workouts. I got shin splints after trailing them during short runs. So for me they’re not necessarily worth $225 if they can’t be used in all facets of working out.
